The Team
We are a small team of professionals working in data protection law with the idea to offer aspiring young lawyers the unique opportunity to participate in a moot court competition focused on European data protection law. Our engagement in the DPMC is pro bono and unrelated to our professional activities for our employers.
Directors
Klaudia Kwiatkowska is a research associate at the Department of Innovation and Digitalisation in Law. During her studies, she developed an interest in privacy and data protection laws.
Clara Saillant is a research associate at the Department of Innovation and Digitalisation in Law at the University of Vienna, especially interested in Data Protection Law, Privacy and AI as well as International Law.
Mariana A. Rissetto is a research associate at the Department of Innovation and Digitalisation in Law at the University of Vienna, especially interested in IT and Data Protection Law as well as international institutional law.
Marie-Catherine Wagner is a research associate at the Department of Innovation and Digitalisation in Law at the University of Vienna, especially interested in IT/IP and Data Protection Law as well as International Business. She is currently writing her doctoral thesis about Children's Privacy in the Digital World.
Administration
Elias Krall is a student assistant at the Department of Innovation and Digitalisation in Law. He is particularly interested in data protection law and digitalization measures in the education sector.
